Precision Aeroworks Corp.™ was founded on over 30 years of hands-on experience in commercial aviation, aircraft structures, aerospace modification, and heavy maintenance operations. Founder David Kidd has performed complex structural repairs, major aircraft modifications, Wi-Fi and connectivity installations, systems integration, and time-critical maintenance support across Boeing and Airbus platforms throughout the United States.
David was one of the original five team members who built Aviation Managed Solutions (AMS) from the ground up alongside Ryan Dailey — the premium structures and modification company that became widely respected throughout the commercial aviation industry before being acquired by LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions in 2017. That acquisition was a direct reflection of the quality and reputation the team had built. The core professionals who defined the AMS standard for quality and execution never dispersed. They remain part of the Precision Aeroworks network — available when the work demands them.
After AMS, David served as Quality Engineer at SpaceX supporting Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Dragon capsule programs at Cape Canaveral, then contributed to the assembly and integration of the first three New Glenn rockets at Blue Origin as Senior Integration Engineer — nearly four years of hands-on orbital launch vehicle work on the Space Coast — before returning to commercial aviation modification programs.

They are professionals who have worked together through the most demanding modification programs in the industry — people who have proven, repeatedly, that they can be handed the hardest job on the floor and deliver it on time and to standard. A lot of companies will send you bodies. We send experience.
Today, Precision Aeroworks Corp.™ provides structural modification, Wi-Fi and Starlink installations, avionics upgrades, aerospace fabrication, systems integration, prototype and first article fabrication, launch vehicle integration support, and rapid-response AOG services — performing work through FAA-certified Part 145 repair stations, directly under airline-approved maintenance programs, in support of military prototype and defense programs, and as a specialized subcontractor to prime aerospace contractors and defense primes.
