Among the first commercial aircraft Wi-Fi installers in the United States — Gogo, Thales, and ViaSat systems on B737, B757, B767, CRJ, and A319/320/321 platforms since 2005. Over 2,500 Wi-Fi and connectivity installations completed across all system types and airframes. Starlink installations, SATCOM, GPS, and IFEC systems. Aerospace Integration & Assembly
New Glenn & Falcon 9 hands-on integration experience
Launch vehicle structural fabrication and assembly, engine and feedline installation, payload integration and mating operations, launch pad operations including Transporter Erector functions, non-conformance tracking and repair coordination, clean room inspections and procedural audits, ordnance installation and pre-flight activation, hypergolic fuel operations support, NASA-COPV inspections, and borescope inspections on rocket engines. Principal David Kidd served as Senior Integration Engineer on the Blue Origin New Glenn program — first three vehicles — and as Quality Engineer at SpaceX supporting Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Dragon capsule programs.
